Política de reembolso
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor an exchange. Returns are only accepted if the item ordered is not the item received (such as the wrong size or the item is not what was pictured in the listing).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable, non-refundable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products
* Sale items
* Subscription boxes (unless you received the wrong size garment than what you indicated in your order)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are only given for items that become no longer available after purchase or a unique item is damaged upon receipt if shipping box is not damaged; all other items will be exchanged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If an item you received is damaged but the box it was shipped in looks fine, please take pictures of both the box and the item. Fill out our contact form and we'll reply within 1-3 business days requesting more information.
If you are refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We replace any items received that were:
* Damaged (with the box it's shipped in not damaged)
* If it's not the item shown in the listing
* If the item is not the correct size as indicated in your order
We will issue a shipping label for you to print and stick to the original packaging to send back to us while we send out your corrected order.
